Jared Lebel founded NEXI, serves as its chief executive and is the lead architect of NexiOS. He has fifteen years in commercial operations across consumer goods, retail and management consulting — from public-private infrastructure work at BearingPoint to Head of New Market Development at Tesco PLC, where he grew a wholesale business from under $10M to more than $500M in three years. He later co-founded a consumer startup as its chief marketing officer. Georgetown University; works in English, French, German and Arabic.

Max Griswold is co-founder and chief science officer of NEXI, where he directs the company's research and development. He leads the science and verification architecture and reviews the methodology in every NEXI engine. He holds a Master of Science in Mathematics — thesis on stochastic calculus for neural-network uncertainty estimates — and a Bachelor of Science in Applied Mathematics. His research spans stochastic differential equations, spectral graph theory and algebraic topology.

Soumitra Dutta is co-founder and chief innovation officer of NEXI. He founded the Global Innovation Index, published with the World Intellectual Property Organization, and co-founded the Network Readiness Index and the Portulans Institute. He served as Dean of the Saïd Business School at the University of Oxford from 2022 to 2025, was founding dean of the Cornell SC Johnson College of Business, and spent more than two decades as a professor and dean at INSEAD. PhD in computer science, UC Berkeley; board member of Dassault Systèmes.

Anton Kamenov is NEXI's chief financial officer, an economist with more than twenty-five years in fiscal policy and public finance. He has advised sovereign governments and multilateral institutions on tax reform and fiscal administration — work that produced Jordan's 2009 income tax law and Bosnia and Herzegovina's first computer-assisted mass property appraisal — and served as an economist with USAID's governance bureau and the US Department of Agriculture. Degree in Mathematics and Economics, Summa Cum Laude; author of a mathematics textbook.

Peter Karadsheh is NEXI's chief operating officer, responsible for executive management, strategic planning and operations. He built and led the original Nexi Agency and is chief executive of Picas LLC.

Marisa Consolata Kemper is NEXI's chief public policy and partnerships officer, with more than twenty years in governance reform across fragile and conflict-affected settings. She led the UN's flagship rule-of-law program in Palestine, a thirty-million-dollar justice and reconciliation initiative, advised the UN Special Coordinator for the Middle East Peace Process, and most recently advised Palestine's Central Elections Commission. Master of Education; works in English, French and Arabic.

Shy Muralidharan is a senior executive partner at NEXI and chair of Nexi Climate Impact, its climate and energy division, and the Caelii Institute. He has spent more than two decades building the digital systems energy companies use to measure and reduce environmental impact, leading product and decarbonization practices at SLB, Amazon Web Services, ENGIE Impact, CLEAResult and Schneider Electric. Master's in engineering and management from MIT; named inventor on two US patents; co-author of a Springer volume on weather and climate services for the energy industry.

Jonathan Haun leads ventures and strategic finance at NEXI. He joined from the Creative Destruction Lab, where he leads the Compute Stream, after building its venture pipeline; earlier he led financial-crime and due-diligence engagements at Protiviti and Exiger in New York. MBA in finance, UBC Sauder School of Business; dual degree in biology and economics, University of Michigan; CFA Level I.

Dr. Clive Hohberger advises NEXI on intellectual property strategy. A biomedical engineer, he spent more than two decades helping grow Zebra Technologies from a five-million-dollar private company into a billion-dollar public corporation, where as a corporate vice president he developed the ZPL programming language and started the company's RFID business. He holds forty US patents and was editor and co-inventor of the ISBT 128 blood-labeling standard, adopted in more than eighty countries and used by the World Health Organization. PhD in engineering, Case Western Reserve University.

Dr. Chandra Radhakrishnan advises NEXI on social entrepreneurship and impact. She founded the ShePower ecosystem in Melbourne, advancing women in technology and entrepreneurship, and works across social entrepreneurship, impact-driven AI and inclusive economic development.

Guillaume Thfoin advises NEXI on enterprise AI and data strategy. As global chief data officer for sales and marketing at Schneider Electric he built the company's first enterprise agentic-AI system and now leads AI adoption across AVEVA, its industrial-software business. Earlier, as AI and data leader for Majid Al Futtaim, he delivered $275 million in incremental revenue over three years. He co-directs a Master's in Data and Business AI at ESCP Business School and serves on the United Nations Committee of Experts on Big Data and Data Science.

Rafael Escalona Reynoso advises NEXI on index methodology and economic intelligence. He is director and chief executive of the Portulans Institute, led the research behind the Global Innovation Index from 2013 to 2020, and directs the Network Readiness Index and co-authors the Global Talent Competitiveness Index. PhD in regional planning and a Master of Public Administration in science and technology policy from Cornell University; advised Mexico's Senate on science and technology policy.

Dr. Jack Tuszynski advises NEXI on pharmaceutical and biotechnology applications. A physicist, he is a full professor at the Politecnico di Torino and held the endowed chair in experimental oncology at the University of Alberta from 2005 to 2020. He applies high-performance computing to drug discovery, has published more than 650 peer-reviewed papers, holds eight patents, and co-founded two university spin-off companies; one drug he discovered computationally is in Phase I and II clinical trials for metastatic bladder cancer.

Rafi Tavitian advises NEXI on global strategy. A strategist and executive coach with more than twenty years of cross-border consulting, he ran Panaly Consulting in Dubai for fourteen years, advising governments, family groups and brands including Burberry, Bentley, AXA, Turkish Airlines and ADNOC. He began his career with Ernst & Young in Dubai. MBA from ESSEC; executive coaching certificate from INSEAD.

Mythili Manoj leads digital marketing and growth at NEXI — performance marketing, content and social strategy. She works across short-form video and campaign management and is completing a degree in Media and Communications.

Victor Lancieux is a robotics engineer at NEXI, focused on autonomous systems. He trained in micro-engineering and robotics at the École Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne, with an exchange year at the University of Waterloo, and works across robotics programming, control systems and computer-aided design.

Jérémy Fort is NEXI's director of natural sciences, connecting the company's verification work to the physical and natural-science domains it serves.
